What this platform is

Book Me Therapy is a referral service that connects people seeking therapy with licensed therapists in Georgia. We are not a mental health provider, therapist, or clinical service. Using this platform does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Book Me Therapy.

For clients

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform.
• If you are in a mental health emergency, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. This platform is not an emergency service.
• We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any therapist listed on the platform.
• The therapeutic relationship is between you and the therapist you book — not between you and Book Me Therapy.
• You may not use this platform for any illegal purpose or in any way that could harm others.

For therapists

• You must hold a valid, current license to practice therapy in Georgia.
• All information you provide during onboarding must be accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of clients who contact you through this platform.
• Your $19/month subscription may be cancelled at any time. Your profile will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
• Book Me Therapy reserves the right to remove any therapist listing that violates these terms or our community standards.

Limitation of liability

Book Me Therapy is not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of any therapist listed on the platform. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between clients and therapists. All therapeutic services are the sole responsibility of the licensed practitioner.

Intellectual property

All content on this platform — including the matching system, copy, and design — is the property of Book Me Therapy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Active users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
